- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have a rectal neuroendocrine tumor that was seen on colonoscopy or estimated with another scope test (EUS)
- Your tumor is 10 millimeters or smaller (about 1 centimeter) by colonoscopy
- Your care team plans an endoscopic removal method (mEMR-C or ESD) and you can sign consent
- There is no spread to lymph nodes or to distant organs
- You have only one rectal neuroendocrine tumor and haven’t had it removed by another surgery yet
