Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and able to give signed informed consent
- Your glioblastoma must be confirmed by pathology (brain tissue) and not be mostly in the underside of the brain (infratentorial area)
- You had surgery for glioblastoma, but you have not yet had chemotherapy or radiation for glioblastoma
- You should be able to start the standard chemo-radiation plan (Stupp regimen) about 3–6 weeks after surgery
- You need enough blood, liver, and kidney function based on screening lab tests
- You must have stored tumor tissue available (at least 6 slides or a tissue block)
