Radiation plus chemotherapy to preserve the bladder

Who can take part

  • You have bladder cancer confirmed under a microscope
  • Your tumor has reached the muscle layer or deeper (T2 or higher) after surgery
  • Your pelvic lymph nodes look clear on pelvic CT or MRI (no spread there)
  • You want to keep your bladder (bladder-conserving treatment)
  • You are age 20 or older and can do usual daily activities (ECOG 0–1)
