Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 59 years old, and able to participate as either male or female.
  • Your low back pain has lasted more than 3 months (not a specific single cause).
  • Your pain level is moderate: 3 to 8 on a 0–10 pain scale.
  • You have not done cupping therapy before on any part of your body.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have serious spine problems (like fracture, tumor, or inflammatory diseases), no prior spine surgery, and your pain is not shooting down your leg or centered at the sacroiliac joint; you also don’t have conditions like fibromyalgia or ankylosing spondylitis.
