Who can take part
- You are female and between ages 18 and 70
- You have confirmed HER2-low breast cancer (HER2 IHC 1+ or IHC 2+ but ISH negative)
- You are able to do normal daily activities most of the time (ECOG 0–1)
- Your breast cancer has not been treated yet, and you are planned for curative surgery (operable primary cancer)
- Your cancer has been checked for DNA damage/HRD, and you have the tumor and blood samples available for testing
- The cancer has not spread to distant organs (no distant metastasis)
