Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have HER2-positive breast cancer that has not spread to distant organs (early-stage or locally advanced).
  • Your tumor is larger than 2 cm and you have not had any previous treatment for this breast cancer.
  • You are physically active enough to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You agree to use effective birth control if needed, and are willing to provide a tissue sample for research.
