Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 65 years old.
- Have enough understanding to consent and complete required study tests.
- Currently meet diagnostic criteria for major depression (single episode or repeated episodes).
- Also have anxiety and/or related conditions, such as panic disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, OCD, PTSD, or ADHD—if the study clinician agrees.
- Be willing to receive study treatment, including both medication management and psychotherapy.
- Not have major serious or unstable health problems in key organs (like heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or immune system).
