Who can take part

  • Be under age 30 when you start the study
  • Have a biopsy-accessible solid tumor that is not responding to standard treatment (or has come back)
  • Have tumors that doctors can measure or assess and that are reachable by biopsy
  • Be able to meet general health/lab levels (blood counts, kidney, liver, and heart function)
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and use birth control during the study and for 5 months after the last dose
  • Be fully recovered from recent treatments (timing rules for chemo, immunotherapy, radiation, and other therapies)
