Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of neuroblastoma or ganglioneuroblastoma, based on biopsy/pathology or tumor cells in bone marrow plus abnormal urine “catecholamine” levels
- Your neuroblastoma stage at diagnosis fits one of the “high-risk” groups (INRGSS M, MS, L1 with incomplete resection and MYCN amplification, or L2 with certain risk features), or you progressed to Stage M within set timelines
- You are 21 years old or younger at diagnosis, and older than 12 months when joining the study
- Heart, liver, and kidney tests must be strong enough (specific cutoff numbers will be checked with echocardiogram/radionuclide tests, blood tests, and eGFR or urine creatinine clearance)
- If you can become pregnant or father a child: you must use highly effective birth control from consent until 6 months after stopping treatment (and you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding)
