Who can take part

  • You can do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–1).
  • Your cancer must be confirmed as metastatic or locally advanced solid tumor on biopsy or cells.
  • You need a stored tumor sample from the past that can be provided.
  • Your cancer should have been treated before but is no longer responding or you couldn’t tolerate it.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (per RECIST).
  • You must be able to take the study medicine by mouth (swallow and keep it down).
