Clear aligner treatment with tiny bone punctures to speed tooth movement

Who can take part

  • Your permanent teeth are fully grown in (except wisdom teeth).
  • You have moderate crowding in the lower front teeth, about 4–6 mm.
  • You are not taking medicines that change pain sensation for at least 1 week before treatment starts.
  • Your clear aligner plan uses at least 8 aligners.
  • You have not had braces or other orthodontic treatment before.
  • You do not have gum disease or poor oral hygiene that needs treatment first.
