Who can take part

  • Your lung cancer is adenocarcinoma with an EGFR “sensitive” mutation proven by biopsy
  • Your cancer is stage III-IVA (not early stage), based on scans like CT/PET-CT and/or EBUS
  • There is no evidence of spread to distant organs on tests like brain MRI and whole-body scans
  • Your medical team thinks you can safely have curative surgery (lung lobectomy plus lymph node removal)
  • Your general health is good enough for treatment and surgery (lung function, labs, and ECOG 0–1)
  • If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use reliable birth control; if you’re male, you must use condoms
