Who can take part
- You are a woman age 20 or older
- Your cancer is invasive ductal carcinoma and HER2 positive
- You have no spread to distant organs (no distant metastasis)
- Before treatment, the main tumor was small (≤ 5 cm) and lymph nodes were likely not too advanced (cN0–2)
- After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, your MRI suggests a very small/near-zero tumor (MRI size ≤ 1.0 cm and a measurement called L-to-B SER ≤ 1.6)
