Who can take part
- You have early invasive breast cancer that is ER-positive and HER2-negative, grade 1 or 2
- Your tumor is T1N0M0—meaning 2 cm or smaller, no lymph node spread, and no distant spread
- If DCIS is seen, it must be under 25% and directly connected to the invasive cancer (not separate)
- You are at least 50 years old, and your Oncotype score (for eligible tumor types) is under 26
- Your armpit (axillary) lymph node check is negative on imaging or biopsy (ultrasound, sentinel node, or percutaneous node)
- You can sign consent, use local anesthesia safely, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding
