Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older.
- You have a confirmed gynecologic cancer type, such as endometrioid cancer, MOC, HGSOC, or other solid gynecologic cancers.
- Your tumor must have one of these changes: a RAS mutation, a BRAF mutation (types I/II/III), NF-1 loss, and/or RAS activation—confirmed by past tumor genetic testing (or new testing using tissue).
- Your cancer has progressed or come back after at least one prior treatment for metastatic disease, and you have measurable disease on scans.
- You can take pills by mouth and your recent health labs and heart testing must meet the trial’s thresholds.
