This study tests a digital (phone/app-based) program to help women with pelvic pain or pelvic health symptoms. It may help by guiding pelvic-focused exercises and care, especially if you’re recovering from pelvic surgery or managing ongoing symptoms.

Who can take part
- You’re a woman age 18 or older
- Your pelvic (lower belly/pelvic) symptoms have been going on less than 12 weeks (acute) or more than 12 weeks (chronic)
- You can understand the study and agree to informed consent
- You should be able to do at least 20 minutes of light to moderate activity (unless your doctor clears you)
- You haven’t had a pelvic-area surgery in the last 12 weeks, unless your surgeon/doctor clears you
- You do not have certain urgent problems like active pelvic infection, serious neurological symptoms, or active cancer (unless your doctor clears you)
