Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 65 and can give informed consent.
  • You have stage IV hepatobiliary cancer confirmed by imaging and biopsy/pathology.
  • You are choosing palliative care as the main approach (focus on comfort and control).
  • Your genetic test must show a gene mutation that has a currently approved targeted medicine in China or the US.
  • Your general health and daily functioning is fairly good (ECOG 0 to 2), and you’re expected to live at least 3 months.
  • You must not meet major exclusions like severe organ problems, uncontrolled infections, or certain brain/heart conditions.
