Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced bile duct cancer (including gallbladder cancer) that cannot be removed by surgery, and your tumor has a specific gene change (like FGFR2, IDH1, HER2, BRAF, or others).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
  • You are able to take care of yourself and do light activities.
  • Your liver and blood cell counts are good enough, and you have no serious heart, lung, or kidney problems.
  • You have not had major surgery in the last month, and you do not have other active cancers or untreated brain metastases.
