Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 to 75
- You have newly diagnosed endometrioid endometrial cancer confirmed by biopsy (pathology)
- Your overall health is good enough for study care (ECOG 0–2)
- You had surgery: a total hysterectomy plus removal of both ovaries/tubes, and lymph node mapping or removal
- Your cancer is FIGO stage I or II and fits specific risk/grade rules (including certain grades, and sometimes lymph vessel involvement or age)
- You can safely start radiation within 12 weeks after surgery and you have no leftover tumor at the margin
