Who can take part

  • Your uterine cancer diagnosis is confirmed by pathology (lab tissue testing), and it is either microsatellite instability type or low copy type
  • Your cancer is stage IA with grade 3, or stage IB (per FIGO 2009), and there is not a lot of cancer spread into blood/lymph vessel spaces
  • You had surgery including removal of the uterus (hysterectomy) and both ovaries and fallopian tubes (bilateral adnexectomy)
  • Radiation starts within 8 weeks after surgery
  • Your general activity level is ECOG 0 to 2, and blood tests are normal
  • You did not have chemotherapy, and you do not have a prior cancer diagnosis
