Who can take part

  • Be 18 to 75 years old, any sex
  • Have stomach cancer confirmed by pathology (stomach tumor biopsy/cells), including specific types of adenocarcinoma
  • Cancer stage must be at least cT2-4a and/or lymph node positive, and no distant spread (M0)
  • Have at least one measurable tumor spot on CT/MRI scan (size cutoffs will be checked)
  • Be well enough to get major treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1) and have expected survival over 12 weeks
  • Have adequate blood and organ function (enough blood counts, safe liver/kidney tests) and no major prior treatments like chemo, radiation, targeted drugs, or immunotherapy
