Who can take part
- You must be an adult (age 18 or older)
- You have triple-negative breast cancer confirmed by a biopsy (no HER2 overexpression; very low estrogen/progesterone receptors)
- You previously had breast-conserving surgery (lumpectomy) with checking underarm lymph nodes (sentinel biopsy or dissection), and you recovered enough to start (often within 14 days)
- Your doctors must be able to use your existing tissue samples to calculate the “RSI” score used by the study
- You should not have spread breast cancer to distant organs (no metastatic disease)
- You must have enough time to be on the study (life expectancy over 16 weeks) and be able to do daily activities at a moderate level (KPS 70 or higher)
