- You were assigned female at birth and are 18 to under 75 years old
- You have early triple-negative breast cancer confirmed by lab tests (ER and PR less than 1%, HER2 negative)
- Your tumor testing includes PD-L1 and tumor mutation “TMB” testing (and gene subtype testing) done by the local lab
- Your planned treatment includes breast-conserving therapy after surgery, with specific tumor size and lymph node involvement or a specific surgery plan (as described in the trial)
- Your blood counts and organ tests are strong enough (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney, liver, and albumin)
- Your heart rhythm test (ECG) shows a specific corrected QT measurement under 470 ms, and pregnancy is ruled out if you can become pregnant
