Who can take part
- Be 18 to 75 years old
- You had colon adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology after surgery
- Your cancer is stage II with high-risk features or stage III, and it has no spread to distant organs on scans
- Your tumor testing shows it is microsatellite stable (MSS) or has normal mismatch repair (pMMR), and BRAF is wild type
- You can start chemotherapy within 2 months after surgery and you have adequate blood and organ function (including hemoglobin ≥ 9 and enough white blood cells, platelets, and kidney/liver function)
