Who can take part

  • You have bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) that is advanced and cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other areas
  • Your body-function score is 0 or 1 (you can still do some daily activities)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on a scan (RECIST 1.1 target lesion)
  • You have not previously received immunotherapy (like PD-1, PD-L1, or CTLA-4 medicines)
  • Blood counts are high enough: hemoglobin ≥ 9.0, neutrophils ≥ 1.5, platelets ≥ 100
