Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be cured with surgery or local treatments.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You are expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • Your major organs (like liver, kidneys, bone marrow) are working well enough.
  • You do not have an active autoimmune disease or a history of one (like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or severe asthma needing daily medication).
  • You have not had a serious bleeding event or blood clot in the last 3–6 months.
  • You are not allergic to the study drugs (gemcitabine, cisplatin, or platinum).
