Stool transplant plus nivolumab for advanced solid cancers

Who can take part

  • Be 19 years or older and have a confirmed solid cancer diagnosis
  • Your cancer must have been treated with anti–PD-1 or anti–PD-L1, and the standard options are no longer working
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on recent scans within 28 days
  • You must be well enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–2) and expected to live at least 3 months
  • Your recent blood tests must be within required ranges, and you must not have had G-CSF in the prior 7 days
  • Be willing to give blood and stool samples and (if you have accessible tumors) do a fresh tumor biopsy
