Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has gotten worse after at least one chemotherapy and one immunotherapy treatment.
- You have a tumor that can be measured on scans (at least one measurable lesion).
- You are 19 years or older and able to give informed consent.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG 0 or 1), meaning you can do most daily activities without help.
- Your blood counts and organ function are within acceptable ranges (checked by a blood test within 14 days of starting).
- You agree to provide blood and stool samples during the study and, if applicable, use effective birth control.
