Who can take part

  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (the trial can track it).
  • You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0–1).
  • Your kidney filtering function is good (creatinine clearance at least 40 mL/min).
  • For dose-expansion, you must have confirmed clear cell kidney cancer (ccRCC).
  • You cannot have had major surgery or significant injury within the last 28 days.
  • You must not have had certain recent medicines or treatments (including prior HIF-2α inhibitor for expansion, and specific prior treatments for combo groups).
