Test drug IN10018 plus chemotherapy for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer

Who can take part

  • You are an adult woman (age 18+) who can sign consent
  • Your cancer is high-grade serous ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneum cancer (confirmed by pathology)
  • Your cancer is platinum-resistant, meaning it returned or progressed 1–6 months after finishing platinum chemotherapy
  • You can have a new or stored tumor tissue sample taken/used for the study
  • You are well enough for treatment (overall health score 0–1) and expected to live at least 3 months
  • You must not have had certain recent treatments, radiation, or prior drugs like FAK inhibitors or PLD
