This trial tests a new combination therapy for advanced ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based chemo. You will receive your own immune cells (M-CENK) boosted with an immune stimulator (N-803) plus chemotherapy (gemcitabine) to see if this helps fight the cancer.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You have high-grade ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that stopped responding to platinum chemotherapy within 6 months.
  • You have had at least 1 but no more than 3 prior chemotherapy treatments and your cancer grew during your most recent therapy.
  • You have been treated with bevacizumab (Avastin) before.
  • You can sit or lie still for about 6 hours during a procedure to collect your white blood cells (apheresis).
  • Your kidney and liver function are within acceptable ranges, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
