  • Have tried standard treatments already, or be unlikely to benefit or tolerate them
  • Be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1; Arm 7 may allow 0–2)
  • Have measurable tumors that can be followed on scans
  • Be able to take the study pill and likely have at least 12 weeks of life expectancy
