Who can take part
- You have advanced solid tumors that have gotten worse after standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate those treatments.
- You are able to take care of yourself and be up and about at least half of the day (ECOG 0-1).
- Your cancer can be measured or seen on scans (RECIST 1.1).
- Your liver, kidneys, and blood counts are working well enough.
