Who can take part

  • You have advanced solid tumors that have gotten worse after standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate those treatments.
  • You are able to take care of yourself and be up and about at least half of the day (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your cancer can be measured or seen on scans (RECIST 1.1).
  • Your liver, kidneys, and blood counts are working well enough.
  • You have not had a certain type of targeted drug called an antibody-drug conjugate with a topoisomerase I inhibitor or a B7-H3 targeting drug before.
