This study tests a treatment called NTX-001 to help repair recently cut nerves (within 48 hours) that need surgery. It is for people whose nerve injury causes muscle or feeling problems, and who do not have certain other conditions or allergies.

Who can take part
- You have a cut nerve in your arm, leg, or other area that needs surgery to fix it.
- The surgery must happen within 48 hours of the injury or surgery that cut the nerve.
- The nerve repair cannot involve a nerve inside your skull.
- The repair cannot use a donated nerve or a man-made tube (conduit).
- You do not have a condition like Bell's palsy where the nerve might recover on its own.
- You do not have a nerve or muscle disease, and you are not allergic to PEG or medical silicone.
