  • You are an adult age 40 to 65
  • You are not regularly training with exercise
  • You currently have a musculoskeletal injury (or related problem) that the study is targeting
  • You have not had metabolic conditions or other relevant diseases that affect exercise or recovery
  • You have not used supplements or medicines that could affect muscle damage or recovery in the past 6 weeks
  • You do not smoke
