Who can take part
- Be 65 years or older
- Have early or confirmed muscle loss (pre-sarcopenia or sarcopenia), often based on low muscle mass and/or walking speed (≤ 0.8 m/s) or reduced strength
- Live in the community or in assisted living (not in a hospital long-term)
- Be able to answer and communicate in Dutch, English, or French
- Have a doctor (general practitioner) approve you if your health screening shows any “positive” health concerns
