  • Be 65 years or older (or 18 or older for phase II).
  • Have a history of cancer.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Have mild to moderate depression symptoms (PHQ-9 score of 5 or more).
  • Not be in active treatment for psychosis or have suicidal thoughts needing higher care.
