Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older, and you’re able to meet the trial’s hormone-status rules (postmenopausal, or pre/peri-menopausal with a hormone-blocking shot during the study).
  • Your breast cancer tests positive for hormone receptors, and it has focal recurrence or metastasis that can’t be treated with curative surgery or radiation.
  • Your overall health allows treatment (ECOG performance status 0 to 2).
  • If you can become pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy test within 28 days and use highly effective birth control during the study and for 1 year after the last dose; you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You may not be in another treatment trial at the same time, and you must be willing to follow study visits, labs, and treatment plan.
  • You must not have major uncontrolled illnesses (like uncontrolled blood pressure, serious active infection such as hepatitis B/C or HIV, or significant liver/kidney problems), and you must not have had serious side effects (CTCAE grade 3 or higher) from prior treatment that haven’t improved yet.
