Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older with early-stage (stage II or III) breast cancer
- Your cancer is hormone-receptor positive (ER or PR ≥10%) and HER2-negative
- You had surgery within the last 12 months, with good recovery from any chemotherapy or radiation
- Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidney, heart) are adequate for the study
- You are not pregnant, do not have HIV or other immune system diseases, and have no serious heart conditions
- You are not currently enrolled in another cancer clinical trial
