Who can take part
- Be an adult (age 18 or older) and be able to follow all study visits and instructions.
- Be able to swallow and keep down oral study pills (céralasertib).
- Have advanced (metastatic) triple-negative breast cancer that has returned after earlier curative treatment that included both immune therapy and chemotherapy.
- Have tumor testing showing hormone receptors ER/PgR are negative (less than 10%) and HER2 is not amplified.
- Have signs of cancer growth since the last earlier treatment, and have “measurable” disease on scans/tests.
- Have strong enough body function: good bone marrow, liver, and kidney test results within 28 days, and generally good performance status (ECOG 0–1).
