Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older
- Your breast cancer is confirmed as triple-negative, meaning ER-negative, PR-negative, and HER2-negative
- Your cancer is locally advanced (can’t have curative local treatment) or metastatic, and it has progressed after at least one prior treatment for advanced/metastatic disease
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (and that spot has not had radiotherapy)
- Your blood, liver, and kidney tests are strong enough for treatment (specific lab thresholds are required)
- You’re able to do daily activities fairly well (ECOG score 0–1) and are expected to live at least 3 months
