Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 70 years old
- Have had pelvic cancer (gynecology, prostate, or urinary system) diagnosed by pathology (biopsy/surgery result)
- Finished pelvic radiation at least 6 months ago, and your original cancer has not come back or spread
- Have a long-term rectal radiation injury with problems like deep ulcer, narrowing/blocked bowel, chronic perforation, tissue death, rectovaginal fistula, hard-to-control pain, hard-to-control bleeding, or needing colon/sigmoid removal
- Be healthy enough for general anesthesia and routine study visits (ECOG 0–2), and be able to understand and sign consent
