Who can take part
- You are a young person age 12–25 who is having their first visit to CJC
- Or you are an adult caregiver (18+) having your first CJC visit (with or without the youth), or a second visit if you’re coming with them
- You (or the caregiver) can be reached by phone for follow-up
- You can speak enough French to take part in the study
