Who can take part
- You must be willing to sign consent and join the study.
- You’re age 18 or older.
- Your liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) must be confirmed by biopsy/cytology or imaging.
- Your cancer stage must match CNLC Ib, IIa, IIb, or IIIa (with specific exceptions), and you may need surgery and/or TACE as part of the plan.
- Your liver health must be good enough: Child-Pugh A (score 6 or less).
- Your overall health walking ability must be ECOG 0–1 (able to do most usual activities).
