Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and able to sign consent for the study.
- Your lymphoma is a type of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that is CD19- and CD20-positive (at least 5% on a recent biopsy test).
- Your disease is active even after at least 2 rounds of chemo, and you’ve already had rituximab or another anti-CD20 antibody.
- You have measurable lymphoma (tumors/lesions are big enough, or bone marrow involvement is confirmed) based on records within the last 8 weeks.
- Your recent testing shows no current spread to the brain/spinal fluid, based on MRI plus spinal fluid tests (cytology/flow).
- You can attend visits and get a central line placed; you also must meet basic blood counts and organ function requirements and avoid pregnancy during treatment and for months after.
