Who can take part
- You are a man age 18 to 89 having HoLEP surgery
- You agree to sign the consent form
- You can read and answer study questionnaires
- You cannot have an allergy to furosemide or other loop diuretic “water pills”
- You cannot have no urine output (anuria) or liver failure
- Your HoLEP must include catheter removal and a voiding trial at Northwestern Memorial Hospital
