- Your semen test results show no sperm (azoospermia) or low quality sperm (low number, low movement, or abnormal shape)
- You can collect and provide stool, urine, and blood samples and complete lifestyle questionnaires
- You have not used certain gut- or semen-related medicines or procedures in the recent time windows
