  • You are a man between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your sperm count, movement, or shape is lower than normal.
  • You have not taken antioxidant supplements in the past 3 months.
  • You do not smoke and have not quit smoking within the last 3 months.
  • You are willing to follow a Mediterranean diet and eat gazpacho daily.
