Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and can give consent for the study
- You are pregnant with HIV and started combination HIV treatment between 12 and under 26 weeks pregnant
- You plan to breastfeed your baby after birth
- You have not taken any HIV combination treatment in the last 6 months
- You do not have severe liver inflammation from hepatitis B or very high liver blood tests
- You are not taking certain medicines that can lower doravirine levels (like rifampicin or St. John’s wort)
