Who can take part
- Be 18 or older and sign consent to follow the study schedule
- Have post-molar gestational trophoblastic neoplasia that is not spreading elsewhere
- Your hCG blood pregnancy hormone level must be under 20,000 IU/L
- Your disease must be “low risk” and not be in the outer wall of the uterus (not within 5 mm of the serosal surface)
- You must have good blood counts and organ tests (kidney, liver, bilirubin) and be well enough to function (ECOG 0–1)
- Use very reliable birth control for 1 year after the second evacuation, or do not have sex (abstinence)
